My name is Nyla, and I am the owner and operator of Compass Rose Bookkeeping. After spending many years in the corporate world, in 2018, I quit my long-time career to build a future for my children that meant I would be present in their lives. Now I am passionate about serving fellow small business owners and helping them to find the freedom in their lives to spend time with their own families.

Today, Compass Rose Bookkeeping is a woman-owned and operated business. We especially love employing MOMS and providing them with training opportunities to build skills needed to work from home, giving them the flexibility to be home with their children while still providing additional income for their families.
